Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Liorainti Outlet Mall. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an exchange or refund.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of package delivery, including the 30th day. Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners attached.

Items showing signs of use, including makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, animal hair, dander, washing, damage, or other visible wear, may be refused.

Items sold as sets must be returned together as originally purchased.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if the hygiene liner is missing, removed, damaged, or torn.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at care@liorainti.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include the following information in your email:

Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described

Our customer service team will reply within 48 hours.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

After approval, please ship the package back and provide us with the tracking number within 7 days.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal reasons, such as size, fit, style preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items, please contact us with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, refund, or other assistance.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card, account, or payment method.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
